JC AUTOCARBON is the automotive-focused platform powered by JCSPORTLINE’s global carbon fiber engineering and manufacturing capabilities.

It is an engineering-driven carbon fiber and composite manufacturer founded in 2002 — not a trading company.

We operate multiple specialized facilities covering R&D, 3D scanning, mold development, prepreg dry carbon, vacuum infusion, compression molding, forged carbon, and carbon fiber weaving, with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems.

Yes. All our products use real carbon fiber — never printed or plastic imitation carbon patterns.

Depending on your project, we offer wet carbon, prepreg dry carbon, forged carbon, colored carbon, and hybrid composite solutions, with weave options including 3K twill, plain weave, 12K, and carbon-Kevlar hybrids.

Yes. A custom project can start from a stable physical sample, 3D files (STP / STL / IGS), an existing prototype, or even an early concept sketch.

Our engineering team reviews feasibility, structure, process route, cost, and mold planning before formal development, then supports you through DFM, tooling, first sample, and mass production.

MOQ depends on product type, process, tooling, and customization scope. For most custom projects, standard MOQ starts around 20–30 pieces.

Low-volume development of 1–5 pieces (prototypes, validation builds, show cars) can also be reviewed case by case, with unit costs higher than mass production.

We control fitment through 3D scanning, reverse engineering, CAD data comparison, CNC mold accuracy, bracket and mounting-point verification, trial fitting where available, and final inspection before delivery.

Every custom project includes a first sample to verify fitment, structure, and installation before mass production approval.

Quality is controlled end to end: material selection, process SOPs, mold accuracy, production inspection, surface finishing standards, fitment checks, and final QC before shipment.

Testing can include dimensional inspection, UV aging, temperature cycling, impact resistance, and paint adhesion — with inspection standards defined before production for B2B orders.

A typical custom project delivers its first sample in about 58 days after design data is confirmed; bulk production usually takes 15–45 days depending on quantity and process.

We ship worldwide by express, air, or sea freight from our China factory or overseas warehouses in North America and Europe, with DDP and local delivery options available for B2B customers.

For original custom projects, we sign an NDA and define project ownership, tooling use, and confidentiality requirements up front.

We also support private-label branding — under-clear-coat logos, engraving, mold marking, and custom packaging — and can assist with China-based IP protection resources to reduce copying risk.
